These Terms govern your use of TruePost. By creating an account, posting submissions to a form endpoint, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by them.
TruePost is operated by Krafters. References to "we", "us", or "the service" mean Krafters and the TruePost product.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use TruePost.
You may not use TruePost to collect data deceptively, to send unsolicited communications, to host content that is illegal where the form is operated, or to disrupt the service through abuse, automated overload, or attempts to bypass spam protection or rate limits.
We may suspend access without prior notice if we reasonably believe activity violates these Terms or threatens the service or other users.
You retain ownership of the submissions delivered to your forms. By submitting them through TruePost you grant us a limited licence to store, process, validate, and deliver them on your behalf.
You are responsible for what you collect, for honouring the lawful basis under which you collect it, and for any downstream destinations you configure for delivery.
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; we do not refund unused time except where required by law.
Plan limits, including monthly submission volume and AI validation credits, are described in the Billing settings page.
We work to keep TruePost reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may release changes, perform maintenance, or remove features at our discretion. We will give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paid plans.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Profile. After closure your data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable retention schedules.
TruePost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
